Regeneration. whenever they eat anything with the same or higher nutrition value as a baked potato they get healed the same amount as if they had just drank an greater healing potion. if it has less nutriton value it is as if they drank healing potion.
Version oversight. Watchers can use anything from any version of dnd at anytime they so chose.
The ones who oversee the worlds. They can access anything at anytime from any dimencion, world, AU, or game they want. This takes an action in combat.
Resonable. The watchers can punish anyone they feel like needs to be punished. They can only use punishments within reson to the punishment (they cannot kill anyone if they only stoll something). The punishment it self cannot kill anyone (humanoid creatures only), however the punishment can be an illusion which makes the punished expiriance death (with the pain).
Teleportation. Watchers can teleport at will in the area of 185ft square. this is a free action in combat.
Those who watch. The Watchers are willing to go to any lenght to have their fun by watching, they can learn new abilities or/and battel taktiks just by watching others fight. If they enter combat they will try to win, unless it is againts their favourite character.
Hate. If the Watcher is fighting a character they dont like they have advantge on attacks againts them and if said character will try to hurt them they will have disadvantage on attack rolls.
Favourites. If the watcher has to fight their favourite character they will teleport away instead of fighting them.
Ïnventory. They can have 9 different items equipt at a time and switch between them without using their item interaction / action and they have additional 27 slots where they have stuff to switch items between the 9 and 27 takes an item interaction.
EvoHalo. This has some sort of wierd halo above its head, it seems to be its sorce of power.
Absorb details. The watchers may absorb their wing, halo and anything Watcher related to look like their normal race, this doesnt effect the powers they.
Create Details. They show their Watcher related details once again.
Active. This creature has 3 actions
Spellcasting. They are 1-20th level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is int/wis/char (spell save DC 21, +8 to hit with spell attacks). They have all spells preperad.
Action Melee Attack. Talon: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., # target. Hit: 12 (3d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Action Ranged Attack. Magic bow: +5 to hit, range 10/820 ft., 1 target. Hit: 25 (4d8 + 5) piercing damage.
Action Ranged Attack. Magical crossbow: +7 to hit, range 15/500 ft., 1 target if not in line. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 5) piercing damage. If target has someone behind them this also attacks them with the same attack roll, if anyone has shield or armor this attack ignores it. This attack can be done 3 times in one action. IF arrows are replaced with fire work rockets then this attack changes to: Dex. save of 18 , range 30/150 ft.with the area of effect being 20ft., 1 target. Hit: 18 (3d6+7) fire damage on a failed save, or half on a successful one.
This creature can use its legendary action at the end of other creatures turn. It has 1 legendary poitns which resets at the start of this creatures turn.
Million eyes (costs 1 point). The Watcher can create a symbols of the Watchers in the air up to infinite times within 30ft square area. The Watcher will roll intimidation for each symbol they create. As long as this is active the watchers have advantage on attack rolls and they gain 4 lucky points. If anyone has to roll a saving throw against a spell and they arent a watcher they fail instead. If any creature fail a saving throw the Watcher can chose for them to succed instead.
Description
Creature with 3 pairs wings and wierd looking halo above its head, a cloak with eye symbol in it along side a stare which judges your every move. Talons made of the strongest material to ever exist and the softes tail ever discoverd. Its eyes judge every move done by anything in the world, and its stare could kill if the creature really wanted to do so.
They speak in poems, ryhmes and riddles. If you could understand them then you would be concidered taboo.
They break the 4th wall all the time.
