Keen Senses. The infected reindeer has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Charge. If the infected reindeer moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a ram attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 7 (2d6) bludgeoning damage.
Infectious Bite. When the infected reindeer successfully hits a creature with its bite attack, the target must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or become infected. The infected creature takes 10 (3d6) necrotic damage at the start of its turn. The infected creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
Multiattack. The infected reindeer makes two attacks: one with its antlers and one with its hooves.
Antlers. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage.
Hooves. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one prone creature. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) necrotic damage.
