Elemental Boundaries. The Anti-Magic Elemental creates a field of anti-magic in a 10-foot radius around itself. Spells of 5th level or lower, including magic items, can't function in this area. Any active spells or magical effects in the area are suppressed. The field moves with the elemental.
Magic Resistance. The Anti-Magic Elemental has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Mundane Vulnerability. The Anti-Magic Elemental Has Vulnerability to Nonmagical Attacks.
Multiattack. The elemental makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage.
Nullifying Touch. Melee Spell Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: The target must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature's magical abilities are suppressed for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
Whirlwind (Recharge 5-6). The Anti-Magic Elemental creates a 10-foot-radius, 30-foot-high cylinder of non-magical wind centered on a point it can see within 60 feet of it. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Strength saving throw, taking 18 (4d8) bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If a creature is concentrating on a spell, it must make a Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration.
