Snowbound Manipulation. The Blizzardweaver has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made in snowy environments, and it can use its magical prowess to manipulate the surrounding snow for added concealment.
Snowy Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) cold damage.
Chilled Arcana. The Blizzardweaver can cast Ray of Frost as a ranged spell attack with a +4 bonus to hit. On a hit, the target takes 9 (2d8) cold damage, and its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of the Blizzardweaver’s next turn.
Icy Empowerment (Recharge 5-6). The Blizzardweaver releases a burst of frigid energy in a 15-foot cone. Allied Snowblin constructs within the area gain advantage on their next attack roll and resistance to cold damage until the start of the Blizzardweaver’s next turn.
Snowy Rejuvenation. As a bonus action, the Blizzardweaver can touch a damaged Snowblin construct, restoring 10 hit points to it. Additionally, once per short rest, the Blizzardweaver can attempt to restore a destroyed Snowblin construct to life within 10 feet, using its proficiency bonus on a Medicine check (DC 14). If successful, the Snowblin construct is revived with 1 hit point.
Frostbound Resilience (Recharge 6). When the Blizzardweaver takes damage, it can harness the surrounding wintry magic to fortify its defenses. As a reaction, it gains temporary hit points equal to half the damage taken. This sudden surge of frosty resilience provides a brief buffer against harm, allowing the Snowblin to weather the onslaught with an icy resolve.
