Blazing Body. A creature that touches the blazing skeleton or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 5 (1d10) fire damage. If the blazing skeleton touches a flammable object that isn’t being worn or carried, it is ignited.
Unusual Nature. The blazing skeleton doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
Multiattack. The blazing skeleton makes two Immolating Bolt attacks.
Immolating Bolt. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) fire damage. If the target is a creature or a flammable object, it ignites. Until a creature takes an action to douse the fire, the target takes 5 (1d10) fire damage at the start of each of its turns.
Scorching Wave (Recharge 5-6). A streak of fire bursts from the blazing skeleton’s hands in a 30-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature one the area must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 13 (3d8) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Flammable objects in the area that aren’t being worn or carried are ignited.
