Beyond this realm. Apple Crumble does not need to breathe nor sleep.
Multiple Heads. Apple Crumble has five heads. While it has more than one head, she has advantage on saving throws against being blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, stunned, and knocked unconscious.
Whenever Apple Crumble takes 25 or more damage in a single turn, one of its heads dies. If all its heads die, she dies.
At the end of its turn, she grows two heads for each of her heads that died since her last turn, unless she has taken radiant damage since its last turn. Apple Crumble regains 15 hit points for each head regrown in this way.
Reactive Heads. For each head she has beyond one, she gets an extra reaction that can be used only for opportunity attacks.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Apple Crumble fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Multiattack. Apple Crumble makes as many bite attacks as it has heads.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) piercing damage.
Spit. Ranged Weapon Attack: Range 30/60 ft., one target. Targets must make a DC 15 dexterity saving throw to dodge the acid as it will eat through armor and weapons. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 5) acid damage.
Discourage. Apple Crumble may attempt to spread her bad attitude to any enemies within her telepathic range. Each target must make a DC 15 wisdom saving throw. Any target who fails gains a level of exhaustion.
Apple Crumble can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Apple Crumble regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.
Detect. Apple Crumble makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.
Tail Sweep. Apple Crumble whips her tail in a 15 foot cone, colliding with any enemies that fail a DC 15 dexterity check. Anyone hit takes 10 (1d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone.
Description
What happens when a simple camel with a bad attitude drifts through the deep astral to the realm beyond realms? The forces there can warp the body and mind to something truly horrendous. Should someone who wronged that camel in its previous life encounter it in its new form, then may all the gods have mercy on them.
