Bimmler

Enchanting: Bimmler knows the basics of enchanting and has a +4 to all roll associated with this skill.
He can be instructed to replicate/create enchantments for a gold cost and a time investment.

Time cost =1 day times the spell level times the rarity/base for enchanting (witch means that a good quality item will take shorter time that a bad base, the quality of the item is decided by the DM)

Gold cost = 250g.p for each day enchanting per spell level
Example of this: a 4th level enchantment that takes 8 day to create will cost 250g.p times 4 times 8.

There will always be a risk involved in enchanting items this way the DC depends on the level that Bimmler is able to cast, the quality of of the enchantment base and the complexity of the specific enchantment 

Spellcasting. Bimmler is a 3-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is [Intelligence] (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). Bimmler has following Wizard spells prepared: 

Cantrips (at will): Firebolt, Light, Mage hand
1st level (4 slots): Identify, Mage armor, Magic missile

2nd level (2 slots) Invisibility, Spider Climb        

Action Melee Attack. Melee Dagger Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage. 

Action Ranged Spell Attack.  Firebolt Attack: +5 to hit, range 120 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (1d10) Fire damage.
