Gruumsh’s Fury. Ademar Coldbane deals an extra 4 (1d8) damage when he hits with a weapon attack (included in the attacks).
Mercenary. Ademar Coldbane can be recruited as a support character... for the right price. Can be persuaded to betray the contractor if a better deal is offered.
Multiattack. Ademar Coldbane makes three attacks; two with his battleaxe or his spear and one with his shield.
Coldbane. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (1d8 + 5 plus 1d8) slashing damage plus an extra 6 (2d6) cold damage. On a critical hit, deal an extra 6 (2d6) lightning damage.
Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (1d6 + 4 plus 1d8) piercing damage, or 13 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack.
Shield. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit 7 (1d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage. Target must succeed a DC 10 Constitution save or be blinded for two turns. If the target is already blinded, must succeed a DC 15 Constitution save or be stunned for two turns.
Battle Cry (1/Day). Each creature of Ademar’s choice that is within 30 feet of it, can hear it, and not already affected by Battle Cry gain advantage on attack rolls until the start of Ademar's next turn. Ademar can then make one attack as a bonus action.
Aggressive. As a bonus action, Ademar Coldbane can move up to his speed toward a hostile creature that he can see.
Charge. As a bonus action, Ademar Coldbane can make a single melee attack or shove as part of the dash action.
Unbridled Wrath. When Ademar is hit, he can make a single shield bash attack as a reaction. If the shield bash hits, the attacker must make a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw or be staggered and lose their extra attack (if available). On a successful save, the attacker does not stagger. This reaction does not deal damage like the shield bash action, and does not prompt the Constitution save against being blinded or stunned.
