Keen Smell. The book worm has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Book Devour. If the book worm starts its turn with an adjacent creature grappled, it can use its action to make a bite attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 10). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the book worm can't bite another target.
Paper Shred. The book worm can shred paper and parchment as a bonus action, creating difficult terrain in a 10-foot radius around it.
Bookish Camouflage. The book worm has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in libraries, bookstores, or any area with a significant number of books.
Actions
Ink Spray (Recharge 5-6). The book worm sprays a cloud of ink in a 10-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, taking 7 (2d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature that fails the saving throw is also blinded until the end of its next turn.
