Traits

Regeneration. The vagert regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point. If the vagert takes fire damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the vagerts next turn.

Vagert Weakness. The vagert has the following flaws: Disdain for Fey. The vagert is compelled to attack any Fey within sight. Sunlight Sensitivity. The vagert takes 20 fire damage when it starts its turn in sunlight. While in sunlight, it has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks.

Actions

Skewer. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one willing creature, or a creature that is grappled by the vagert, incapacitated, or restrained. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage plus 6 (2d6) necrotic damage. The vagert regains Hit Points equal to that amount. If the target dies they rise as a vagert in 2(1d4) days.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: (2d4 + 2) slashing damage. Instead of dealing damage, the vagert can grapple the target (escape DC 13)

Spray Poison. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 10/20 ft., 1 target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 1) Poison damage. The target must pass a DC11 Con or be poisoned reducing their movement speed by half and are blinded, a check can be repeated at the beginning of each turn.

Description

Otherwise known as Lesser vampires, vagerts lack the defining intelligence of the Greater and True varieties of their species. vagerts typically operate alone but will cooperate with others of its kind if presented with the opportunity.
