Lair and Lair Actions
The world around you twits, turns and flows like a liquid, however at the same time the ground is hard like stone. All around you see nothing but white from the ground to the sky. Almost like there is nothing but something there at the same time. The plane only truly becomes alive when specific individuals influence it.
Lair Actions
On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Nika takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; Nika can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- Gravity world. The world becomes heavier and heavier until nothing can remain in the air. Everything loses its fly speed and falls to the ground taking d8’s of fall damage instead of d6’s. Creatures on the ground have their movement speed reduced by half. If underground a creature loses its ability to dig.
- World of sunshine : A Sun is created and sheds a blinding light in an unnecessary amount of distance. Each creature that isn't Nika makes a DC 21 con save or become Blinded for this turn. A objects that have vision automatically fails this save
- Shackling down the oppression: Chains manifest from the ground and are launched at each creature Nika can see. They make a DC 17 Dex save or be restrained in the chains of oppression until the end of their turn. While in the shackles they are treated as being in Dimensional shackles, makes attack rolls at Disadvantage, and loses their Reaction until the next lair action.
Mythic lair action
- Rubberporation: Nika disappears until the beginning of his turn and reappears in a location of his choice. The first attack he makes on that turn is done at Advantage.
- The beating of a new world: Nika gains the benefits of the Bless spell and a single use of Bardic inspiration (d6) until the next lair action.
Regional Effects
Bill's realm is that of blinding white light. It spreads outwards for an undisclosed amount of distance.
