Heavy Body. Effects that move a creature move the blizzard lizard half as much. This does not affect teleportation or telekinesis as long as it fits in their weight limit. The blizzard lizard weighs 450 pounds.
Keen Hearing and Smell. The blizzard lizard has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Pack Tactics. The blizzard lizard has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of the wolf's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.
Prehensile Tail. The blizzard lizard's tail is 10 feet long and is capable of grabbing things and bending around corners. It can grapple creatures with its tail and can lift up to 200 pounds using it.
Multiattack. The blizzard lizard makes up to two attacks, one being either a bite or a tongue lash, and the other being a tail swipe.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 22 (5d6 + 5) peircing damage. On a hit against a creature medium or smaller, the blizzard lizard can choose to grapple the creature with its mouth (escape DC 18). The blizzard lizard cannot use this attack if it cannot open or close its mouth.
Tongue Lash. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 15/20 ft. from the blizzard lizard's head, 1 target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) bludgeoning damage. On a hit against a creature medium or smaller, the creature must succeed on a DC 16 strength check or be grappled by the blizzard lizard's tongue (escape DC 16), and the creature is pulled 5 feet closer to the blizzard lizard at the start of each of the blizzard lizard's turns. The blizzard lizard cannot use this action while grappling a creature with its tongue/mouth or if it cannot open its mouth.
Tail Swipe. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 10 ft. behind the blizzard lizard, 1 target, hit: 12 (3d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage.
