Focused Alchemist: Taking 10min to concentrate Ustavo can create a potion from the table below. Ustavo can only have 3 potions active at a time.

  • Potion of Greater Healing: 4d4+4
  • Potion Of Haste: grants user effects of haste spell.
  • Potion Of Resilience: user gains resistance to 1 damage type of choice for 10min
  • Potion of Boldness: user adds 1d6 to every attack roll and saving throw made in the next 5 minutes

Swift Alchemist: Using one action Ustavo can attempt to make one elixir from the table below. Ustavo rolls an arcana check DC15. On a successful check roll 1d4 to determine the elixir made. The Elixir must be used before he can create another.

  • Elixir of Healing: 2d4+2
  • Elixir Of Haste: grants user one additional attack.
  • Elixir Of Resilience: user gain a +1 to AC for 1 min.
  • Elixir of Boldness: user adds 1d4 to every attack roll and saving throw made in the next minute

Absorbent: If Ustavo drinks a potion he does not know he can spend a long rest to attempt to learn the potion. He must make an arcana check DC depends on the rarity of the potion. Common:DC 10, Uncommon: DC 15, Rare: DC 20, Very Rare: DC 25, Legendary: DC 30. On a fail potion is consumed.

Actions

Elixir: Ustavo uses his action to create an elixir.

Unstable Magic: Once per day Ustavo can use his action to cast one of the spells below, rolling a d4 to decide which. After said casting he must make a Con saving throw DC 20. 15-19 ustavo take 1d4+2 magical dmg to his max health. 10-14 Ustavo takes 1d8+4 magical damage to his max health. 9 and below Ustavo takes 2d8+8 magical damage to his max health. Ustavo can only be healed by 1d4+2 days of rest or a greater restoration.

Ustavo can use his bonus action to administer a potion or elixir to an ally.

Description

A small round flask filled with a multicolor liquid.

Ustavo was created by an Artificer attempting to make a flask of unending potions using a sphere of annihilation as a magic battery. The source was so strong that the flask gained awareness. Thus Ustavo was born.
