Dronning's Wurm. The chest cavity of the Dronning harbours a symbiotic worm-like creature. When the Dronning is killed, the wurm must be killed or granted a new host. if neither of these occur within 1d4 hours, it explodes. All creatures within a 500ft radius, regardless of cover, must make a DC20 Con save, or take 10d10 Necrotic damage and are knocked unconscious. On a successful save, they have the poisoned condition for 24 hours, and are knocked unconcious.

Killing the worm:  The worm has 50 hit points, with an AC of 13. It is immune to all non-magical damage

Giving it a Host. The new host must be willing. A chest cavity must be formed, and the worm placed inside before the creature dies. A chitinous growth covers the wound when the wurm is placed inside. If the host creature is not a Monstrosity, they must roll 1d20 at the start of a long rest and deduct the total number of creatures they have killed since their last long rest. Their Hit Point Maximum is reduced by the total, All the while they are a Host, their Hit Point Max cannot be increased.

Wurm Host. creature that hosts the wurm gains the below abilities.

Trickery of The Wurm. As an action, the host can create two illusory duplicates within 50 feet of itself. As part of the same action, and as an action on subsequent turns, they can swap places with one of the duplicates. Each Duplicate has the same AC as the host, and 50 Hit Points. They move at the same time as the Host, mimicing their movements, but do no damage. Slashing, Piercing or Bludgeoning damage from non magical weapons reveal the duplicate to be an illusion, as does a DC17 Intelligence check

False Ascendence of The Wurm. As an action, the host can disintegrate into glowing moths that fade after a minute as if dying a painful death. They reform in the same location at dawn the next day, with all the benefits of a long rest

Brood of The Wurm: As a bonus action the host can release a number of glowing moths up to their con modifier (minimum 1). These moths all seek a nearby target, and deal either 2d10 necrotic damage, or provide 2d10 healing. The host takes damage equal to half the total damage and healing distributed

Description

The Dronning Mølle's form is tall and imposing, her body covered in dark, chitinous armor that seems to grow from her fetid skin. Upon closer inspection, her armor seems to have subtle patterns resembling delicate moth wings etched into its surface. These patterns catch the light in an otherworldly manner, giving her an almost ethereal aura.

Her eyes glow with a piercing blue light, radiating a sense of intelligence and malevolence. From beneath The chitin growths that cover her face, wisps of dark energy swirl, resembling the fluttering of moth wings. Her movements are graceful yet unnerving, as if she is constantly surrounded by an unseen swarm.

Her wings are expansive, stretching out from her back in a delicate yet formidable display. they appear to be composed of a dark, translucent material, reminiscent of the chitinous growths on the rest of her body. These wings are adorned with intricate patterns and markings, resembling the veins seen in moth wings but with a more angular and ominous design.

The edges of her wings are fringed with wispy, ethereal tendrils that resemble the trailing fibers of moth antennae. These tendrils undulate gently as she moves, adding to the illusion of fluttering motion even when her wings are still. In the darkness, they would emit a faint bioluminescent glow, casting eerie shadows that dance around her.

She has a thinly veiled rage, and is driven by scorn and spite.
