Blight Bolt. Melee or Ranged Spell Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) necrotic damage.
Spellcasting. The blightcaster casts one of the following spells, using Intelligence as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 12):
At will: mage hand, prestidigitation
1/day each: blindness/deafness, magic missile, web
Decaying Burst (Recharge 5-6). When a creature the blightcaster can see within 30 feet of it dies, it can unleash a burst of decaying energy from the corpse. Each creature within 5 feet of the corpse must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, taking 5 (2d4) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Description
Blightcaster disciples are spellcasters devoted to spreading disease and decay in the name of Deskari. They specialize in dark magic, using necrotic spells to weaken their enemies and bolster the forces of chaos. Blightcaster disciples often serve as advisors to higher-ranking cultists, providing magical support and guidance in their dark rituals.
