False Appearance. While the Tentacle Rose remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from a normal rose bush.
Tentacles. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the Tentacle Rose can't use its tentacles on another target.
Engulf. The Tentacle Rose engulfs a Medium or smaller creature grappled by it. The engulfed target is blinded, restrained, and unable to breathe, and it must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw at the start of each of the Tentacle Rose's turns or take 6 (1d4+ 3) bludgeoning damage. The Tentacle Rose can have only one creature engulfed at a time. The Tentacle Rose is unable to make attacks with its tentacles while it has a creature engulfed.
Splinter. As a movement action. The tentacle rose can create 1d4 Twig Blights OR 1 Needle Blight.
