Traits

Rage.  As a bonus action, the short-tempered goblin can choose to rage, gaining the benefits of a barbarian's rage (see PHB on barbarians).  The goblin can go into a rage three times before needing a long rest.

Reckless Attack.  The goblin can throw aside all concern for defense to attack with fierce desperation. When the goblin makes its first attack on its turn, it can decide to attack recklessly. Doing so gives it advantage on melee weapon attack rolls using Strength during this turn, but attack rolls against it have advantage until its next turn.

Nimble Escape. The goblin can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of its turns.

Actions

Multiattack.  The goblin can make two melee weapon attacks on its turn.

Warhammer. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Description

Goblins are small, black-hearted humanoids that lair in despoiled dungeons and other dismal settings. Individually weak, they gather in large numbers to torment other creatures.

Some goblins like to forego the idea that they need to be small and sneaky and instead prefer to show courage by taking the fight directly to the opponent.  These goblins are exceptionally stupid but they do serve as an excellent distraction for other goblins to pick off their targets one by one.
