Multiattack: The Arachnid Queen makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its web shot.

Actions

Web Shot: Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one creature. Target must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the target is restrained and prone. A DC 10 Strength saving throw is required to break free.

Bonus Actions

Bonus Action:

Chittering Command: The Arachnid Queen emits a series of chittering sounds, issuing commands to nearby spiders. One spider within 30 feet of the Arachnid Queen can take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action as a reaction on its next turn.

Reactions

Web Shield(rechargable 4-6): When targeted by a ranged attack or spell, the Arachnid Queen can instinctively spin a web shield, granting it partial cover (+2 bonus to AC and DC) against the attack. This shield dissipates at the end of the turn.

Legendary Actions
  • Legendary Actions rechargable(5-6):

    • Spider Summoning (Costs 2 Actions): The Arachnid Queen summons 1d4+1 spiders and 1 big spider to its aid. The summoned creatures appear in unoccupied spaces within 30 feet of the Arachnid Queen (Use Swarm Rules: Treat the summoned spiders as a swarm, simplifying their attacks. Instead of rolling individual attacks for each spider, make a single attack roll for the entire group. Use the swarm's statistics to determine the attack bonus and damage.)

Description

The Arachnid Queen is a monstrous amalgamation of spider and dread, towering with ominous authority. Its chitinous form, adorned in hues of black and crimson, bristles with menace. Eight spindly legs propel it with disturbing grace, capable of traversing any terrain effortlessly.

Its head, crowned with menacing mandibles, exudes predatory intelligence despite its lowly demeanor. Venom drips from its maw, promising agony to those ensnared in its grasp.

With a chilling cry, it commands swarms of spiders to do its bidding, striking fear into the hearts of its enemies and asserting its dominance over all it encounters.
