Description
A Boney is a creature made of old souls left on the material plane, forgotten by people and time. They find empty vessels from cemeteries and possess them. Knowing their needs can’t be obtainable, they listen to dark wizards or liches and become henchmen, hoping that their wishes will someday become fulfilled.
Bone Larva are the souls of the Boney holding onto their stolen corpses and trying for a last stand against their foes. They feel empowered but they are exactly the same. Boneys die and become bone larva, but once the bone larva die, the souls that possess them are sent to the afterlife.
