Construct Nature: The Weakened Illuminated Construct doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
Diminished Aura: Once radiating with divine magic, its aura has faded. The Construct can emit a weak light, illuminating only up to 10 feet around it.
Temple Guard: Constructs have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened while inside of a temple of Aurion.
Slam: Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) [bludgeoning] damage.
Fading Light (1-3 Charges): The Construct can unleash a burst of its remaining divine energy in a 15-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. This light is dim and does not provide illumination beyond its immediate effect.
Crumbling Defense: When the Weakened Illuminated Construct is hit by an attack, it can choose to crumble part of its form to reduce the damage by 10 points. Doing so weakens its structure, reducing its hit point maximum by 5. This cannot reduce its hit points below 1.
Description
The Weakened Illuminated Construct is a relic of an age when the divine was tangible. Crafted from ancient stone and encased in metal, its form is etched with complex engravings that once shimmered with celestial power, now only offering a feeble glow. Its eyes, designed to pierce the darkness with divine light, now flicker dimly. Despite its battered exterior and the silent stillness of its surroundings, there's an undying resolve its stance—a testament to its unyielding duty to protect hallowed grounds now forgotten by time.
