Watchful eyes. Vistreich can never be caught by suprise, as he can see everything in a 50 foot radius.

 

Spellcasting. Vistreich is a 4th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Intelligence (Spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). Vistreich has the following wizard spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): sword burst, chill touch, toll the dead

1st level (4 slots): false life, ice knife, fog cloud

2nd level (2 slots): cloud of daggers, flaming sphere, misty step

Turn Resistance. Vistreich has advantage on saving throws against any effect that turns undead.

Actions

From the shadows. as an action, Vistreich can hide in shadows, remaining hidden until either an enemy succeeds a DC14 perception roll, he fails a DC10 stealth roll, or he attacks.

Paralyzing Touch. Melee Spell Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 3 (1d6 - 1) cold damage. The target must succeed on a DC 11 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

 

Legendary Actions

Vistreich has 3 legendary actions per day

Unnerve (costs 1 action)  As a reaction, the watcher can summon an illusion of itself in the corner of an opponents eye, frightening them unless they succeed on a DC 8 CON straight save.
