Parry. Al Capone adds 2 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the captain must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
Al Capone receives 3 legendary actions a day.
Intimidation (1 point). Al capone inflicts fear in those he is up against through brutality. All enemies gain fear.
Bribe (1 point). Al Capone offers money to his enemies in order to stop conflicts. Players must make a wisdom (DC:16) saving throw. If failed they are charmed and cannot attack Al Capone.
Al Capone can make any of his attacks as a legendary action. (1 point)
Description
Al Capone is a ruthless leader of the mafia during the prohibition. Leader of the Chicago Outfit. He has a silver tongue in order to keep out of jail as well as being able to bribe cops to make sure he doesn't get caught. He also has plenty of interviews with the media but did not show his brutality. He has a high intelligence due to him needing to run his gang and stay away from law enforcement.
