Traits

Shapechanger. Blinky can use his action to polymorph into a wolf-horse hybrid or into a dire wolf, or back into its true form, which is a horse. His statistics, other than his AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment he is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. He reverts to his true form if he dies.

Keen Hearing and Smell. Blinky has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Trampling Charge. If Blinky moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a hooves attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, Blinky can make another attack with his hooves against it as a bonus action.

Actions

Multiattack (hybrid or horse form only). Blinky makes two attacks: two with his hooves or one with his bite and one with his hooves.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage. If the target is a beast, humanoid, or monstrosity, it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with werewolf lycanthropy.

Hooves. (Horse or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage.

Description

A werewolf is a savage predator that can appear as a humanoid, as a wolf, or in a terrifying hybrid form—a furred and well-muscled humanoid body topped by a ravening wolf’s head.
