Returned From Oblivion. Urien requires no food, drink, sleep, or air to survive. He has advantage on saving throws against persuasion and intimidation.
Arcane Ancient. Urien has advantage on saving throws against any spells of 7th level or lower and advantage on hit dice on every spell cast that is under 3rd level.
The Enduring. At the start of each round and at the start of his turn Urien regains 33 (6d10) hit points unless hit with a minimum of 52 (5d20) radiant damage upon which the effect of this feature ceases until two rounds have passed.
Devastation Incarnate. Urien deals double damage to objects, structures and constructs.
Spellcasting. Urien is a 18th level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 22, +14 to hit with spell attacks.) Urien has the following spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): mage hand, chill touch, ray of frost
1st level (5 slots): detect magic, magic missile, shield, ray of sickness, false life
2nd level (4 slots): acid arrow, detect thoughts, ray of enfeeblement, mirror image, darkness
3rd level (4 slots): animate dead, counterspell, dispel magic, fireball, vampiric touch
4th level (3 slots): blight, wall of fire
5th level (3 slots): arcane hand, teleportation circle
6th level (2 slot): circle of death, create undead
7th level (1 slot): finger of death, forcecage
8th level (1 slot): dominate monster, antimagic field
9th level (1 slot): time stop
The First Lich. Urien is immune to chill touch, any effect that turns undead and does not have disadvantage against spells or spell effects which give disadvantage to undead.
Barbarian King. Urien can wield any weapon with the two-handed feature with one hand receiving no penalty to damage or hit, wielding such a weapon with both hands allows him to reroll his hit/DC to attack every three rounds as long as both hands are kept on the weapon for that time.
Death Eater. When Urien siphons life whether through spell effects or legendary actions he only regains half the hit points siphoned from living creatures while siphoning the normal amount plus an additional 10 (3d6) hit points from undead.
Multiattack. Urien can use Terrifying Visage. He then makes three attacks: two with his greatsword and one unarmed strike. All attacks have disadvantage.
Dreadclaw. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit: 30 (5d8 + 8) slashing damage plus 9 (2d8) necrotic damage. If Urien scores a critical hit, he deals 30 (5d8 + 8 ) force damage to every creature excluding himself and the original target in a 20ft radius.
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 8) bludgeoning damage plus 14 (4d6) necrotic damage. If Urien scores a critical hit, he deals an extra 14 (4d6) necrotic damage and regains half the total necrotic damage dealt as hit points rounded down.
Terrifying Visage. Each creature of Urien's choise within 120 feet of him and aware of him must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute (10 rounds). A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of every turn, with disadvantage if Urien is within 30 feet of it, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Urien's Terrifying Visage for the next 24 hours.
Counter. If a target is within 5ft of Urien and attacking with a melee weapon Urien can choose to add an extra 2 AC to himself. If the target misses their attack as a result of this, Urien gets a free unarmed strike towards said target that acts as normal with the addition of grappling the target should the unarmed strike hit.
Urien can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Urien regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.
Attack. Urien makes one attack with Dreadclaw or an unarmed strike.
Move. Urien moves up to half his movement speed (rounded down)
Multiattack (Costs 2 Actions). Urien makes a multiattack.
Charge (Costs 2 Actions). Urien moves double his movement speed and makes one attack with Dreadclaw or an unarmed strike at the end of his movement with disadvantage.
Grasp Life (Costs 3 Actions). Urien makes an unarmed strike with advantage automatically siphoning life with a hit, for this attack unarmed strike's bludgeoning damage is converted to necrotic.
