Traits

Regeneration. The Uvuudaum regains 20 hit points at the start of its turn. If the Uvuudaum takes Radiant, Cold, Or Fire damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the Uvuudaum's next turn. The Uvuudaum dies only if it starts its turn with 0 hit points and doesn't regenerate.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the Uvuudaum fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Confusion Aura. Any Creature that starts its turn within 30 feet of the Uvuudaum, it must succeed on a DC 24 Wisdom saving throw or become affected by the Confusion spell until the end of its next turn.

Contingent Resurrection (1/Day). If the Uvuudaum is killed and any trace of its body is still in existence, the Uvuudaum returns to life within 60 feet of where it died, with all its hit points, spells, and the benefits of a long rest.

Unusual Nature. The Uvuudaum doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep,

Actions

Head Spike. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 65 (10d10 + 10) piercing damage, and the targets Wisdom score is reduced by 1d4. If a creatures wisdom score is reduced to 0, it goes mad, and becomes an NPC under the DM's control.

Nailed to the Sky (1/Day). The Uvuudaum targets one creature within 60 feet of itself. The target must succeed on a DC 24 Charisma saving throw or be magically launched into orbit. a creature launched into orbit immediately begins to suffocate and takes 19 (3d12) force damage at the end of each of its turns. If the creature in orbit has a flying speed of 30 feet or more, it can fly back to the surface of the planet in 4 hours.

Spellcasting. The Uvuudaum casts one of the following spells, requiring no material or verbal components and using Intelligence as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 24, +16 to hit with spell attacks):

At Will: Mage Armor, Dispel Magic (5th Level), Lightning Bolt, Confusion, Dimension Door, Web, Invisibility

3/day each: Chain Lightning, Cone of Cold, Disintegrate, Blight, Dominate Person, Haste, Plane Shift, Wall of Force

Bonus Actions

Teleport. The Uvuudaum teleports up to 120 feet, to an unoccupied space it can see.
