Nicol Bolas, God-Emperor of Madara

That Almost Hurt(Recharges after a short or long rest). If Bolas were to reach 0 hit points, he would reset his current hit points to 7,500 HP, all of his Spell Slots would be restored, and his Legendary Resistance would also be reset. Additionally, he will gain access to Mythic Actions, which can be used the same way as Legendary Actions. As a reward, the party will receive an additional 5 levels.

You Amuse Me. Unless Bolas desires to be affected, spells of 8th level or lower are ineffective against him. He has an advantage on saving throws against all other spells and magical effects.

My Wrath Is Your Damnation. If Bolas is targeted by Wish, Meteor Swarm, or Power Word Kill, the spell reflects to the caster.

Legendary Resistance (10/Day). "If Bolas fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead."

Magic Weapons. Bolas' weapons are treated as +5 Magical Weapons.

Regeneration. Bolas heals 100 Hit Points at the start of his turn.

Nothing Can Stop Me Now. Bolas instantly destroys any structure, including Stone Wall, Ice Wall, and Prisimic Wall

Time God. Creatures within 30 feet of Bolas are affected by time and gravity, causing their speed to be reduced by 100. They may only take actions and Bolas has an advantage when attacking them.

My Revenge Will Be Painful. Creatures that hit Bolas must succeed on a DC 38 Wisdom Save or take 200 (40d10) Necrotic Damage.

Do Not Defy Me. Bolas can use the same Legendary/Mythic Actions as other creatures.

Planeswalk. Bolas can cast Plane Shift as many times as he wishes without the components.

Spell Casting. Bolas uses Intelligence (Spell Save 27 +19). Bolas has the Following Spells prepared without components:

Time Domain (3 Slots): Nicol Bolas uses his Time Magic to create a 5000 by 5000-foot large blue-like oval. While Bolas is inside this domain he can control anything that happens inside the domain, from making a creature slip and fall to summoning many Ancient Red Dragons. Bolas can do anything he pleases while he is inside the Domain.

The Sun's Core (3 Slots): Nicol Bolas uses his fire magic to summon a 40 by 40 large fireball that is a blue color other than orange. Bolas can throw this Fireball within 1200 feet of him and explode within a 5000-foot radius. Creatures within the Fireball Explosion must succeed on a DC 36 Dexterity saving throw or take 600 (100d12) Fire Damage or half as much in a succession.

Reaper's Sweep (3 Slots): Nicol Bolas uses his Death Magic to summon a Scythe for 1d4 rounds. The scythe has a +19 to hit within 15 feet of Bolas when Bolas hits with this weapon if the creature's CR is 10 or lower, it instantly dies, if the creature's CR is 20-11, they must succeed on a DC 38 Constitution Saving Throw or die, If the Creature's CR is 30-21 it must succeed on a DC 25 Constitution Saving throw or die, and if the Creature's CR is above 30 it must succeed on a DC 28 Constitution Saving Throw or it takes 120 (30d8) Necrotic Damage.

The Elderspell (1 slot): When this spell is cast, time resets, and all creatures that are at level 15 or lower instantly die due to the Elderspell. As a result, Bolas gains 15,000 HP, his 'That Almost Hurt' ability instantly recharges and now provides 20,000 HP, and Bolas receives an additional +25 bonus to hit creatures and inflict damage. However, this spell can only be activated if Bolas has already used his 'That Almost Hurt' ability.

Legendary Multi-Attack. Bolas can use his Frightful Emporer. He then makes 7 attacks, 1 bite, four claws, one tail, and one breath weapon.

Frightful Emporer. Every creature that Bolas chooses within 500 feet of him and is aware of him must make a Wisdom saving throw with a DC of 35. If they fail, they will be frightened and stunned for 1 minute. The creatures will not be able to make the saving throw again at the end of their turns. The effects end after one minute as passed.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 90 ft., one target. Hit 215 (42d10 + 10) piercing plus 42 (12d6) Necrotic Damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit 151 (42d6 + 10) slashing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 60 ft., one target. Hit: 193 (42d8 + 10) bludgeoning damage, a Creature that gets hit with this attack makes a DC 36 Dexterity Save or be knocked prone and be stunned until Bolas' next turn.

A Feeble Effort. Bolas can copy an attack on the creature that attacked him last.

Meditate(3/Day). Bolas sits down, becoming prone and he closes his eyes, causing him to be blinded for 2 (1d4) rounds. After the rounds, Bolas recovers 4000 HP and his breath weapons recharge.

Time Stop. The target creature that attacked Bolas must succeed on a DC 34 Dexterity Save and a DC 34 Wisdom Save, if the target creature fails either, the creature freezes as Time freezes around the creature. The Time Stop only wears off when Bolas dismisses it or if a creature hits the target. Creatures that are targeting the creature affected by Time Stop have an advantage. Attacks that are within 5 feet of the creature affected by Time Stop is a critical hit.

Bolas can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Bolas regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Time Detect. Bolas makes a Wisdom (Perception) check with advantage.

Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). Bolas beats his wings. Each creature within 30 feet of Bolas must succeed on a DC 40 Dexterity saving throw or take 88 (21d6 + 10) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. Bolas can then fly up to half his flying speed.

Breath Weapon (Costs 3 Actions). Bolas uses one of the Breath Weapons;

Fire Breath (Recharges 6-10). Bolas exhales a blue fire in a 600-foot cone. Creatures in the cone must succeed on a DC 34 Dexterity Saving Throw or take 600 (200d6) Fire Damage on a failed save or half of it on a success.

Death Breath (Recharges 6-10). Bolas Exhales a Shaodwy Breath in a 400-Foot Cone. Creatures in that cone must succeed on a DC 39 Dexterity Saving Throw or take 400 (100d8) Necrotic Damage and must succeed on a DC 25 Constitution Saving Throw or Die on a failed save, or half of the damage on a success and don't have to make the Constitution Save.

Time Breath (Recharges 6-10). Bolas Exhales wavey-like blue rays in a 120-foot cone. Creatures in the cone must succeed on a DC 29 Wisdom Saving Throw or take 250 (50d10) Psychic Damage and be frozen in time. Creatures that are frozen in time cannot take any actions until Bolas frees them or they take in total of 250 damage from any attack.

Let Your Weak Minds Crumble. Creatures that have a CR rating of 29 or lower that is 500 feet of Bolas must succeed on a DC 25 Wisdom Saving Throw or be wiped from existence, like that creature never existed in the first place.

I Will Wipe Your Bloodline From Existence. Creatures that are within 120 feet of Bolas and have a CR rating of 30 or higher make a DC 34 Intelligence Saving Throw or the creature's Max HP and Current HP become halved.

You Have No Weakness I Cannot Expose. The target creature of Bolas' Choice that he can see within 60 feet of Bolas has weakness to all attacks until Bolas' next turn.
