Description
In its true form, the Blighted Despot is a hulking humanoid with four large, curving bone like protrusions sticking out from its shoulders that curve around its body to face forward. In this form, the blackened skin is clearly rotting, exposing the bones of the Blighted Despot in small patches all over its body, especially its skull and ribs.
