Actions

Multiattack: The Bile Titan makes three attacks: two with its claw and one with its bile launcher.

Claw: Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: (2d8 + 11) slashing damage.

Bile Launcher: Ranged Weapon Attack: +8, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: (2d8 + 5) acid damage, and the target must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. The poisoned target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Acid Pool (Recharge 5-6): The Bile Titan vomits out a pool of corrosive bile in a 20-foot radius centered on a point within 60 feet of it. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking (6d8) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The affected area becomes difficult terrain for 1 minute.

Legendary Actions

Legendary Actions
The Bile Titan can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Bile Titan regains spent legendary actions at the start of it's turn.

Swat (Costs 1 Action): The Bile Titan makes a claw attack.

Bellow (Costs 2 Actions): The Bile Titan emits a deafening bellow. Each creature within 30 feet of the titan must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of their next turn.
