Swift Foot. Abigail doesn't provoke opportunity attacks.

Beauty in the Blood (3/day). Abigail can invoke the power of her staff to being out the full potential of her spells. When Abigail rolls damage for a spell cast with the Blood Rose Staff, she can to deal maximum damage, instead of rolling. After use of this feature Abigail takes force damage equal to 10 times the level of the spell, and she cannot regain hit points for the next 10 minutes.

Spellcasting. Abigail is an 17th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 21, +13 to hit with spell attacks).The Seeker can cast mage armor and misty step at will and has the following wizard spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): fire bolt, light, mage hand, prestidigitation, ray of frost

1st level (4 slots): detect magic, shield, mage armor, magic missile

2nd level (3 slots): detect thoughts, mirror image, misty step

3rd level (3 slots): counterspell, fly, lightning bolt, fireball

4th level (3 slots): greater invisibility, blight, dimension door

5th level (3 slots): cone of cold, scrying, wall of force, cloudkill

6th level (2 slot): globe of invulnerability, wall of ice, chain lightning

7th level (2 slot): teleport, project image

8th level (1 slot): maze

9th level (1 slot): power word kill

Bloody Rose Staff. Melee Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft. one target. Hit: 4 (1d8 + 1) bludgeoning damage.

Lightning Storm (1/day). Abigail invokes the power of the Eye of the Storm and calls down a bolt of lightning to a point she can see within 60 feet of her. Each creature within 5 feet of that point must make a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw, taking 72 (16d8) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Quickened Cast (4/day). Abigail can cast a cantrip as a bonus action.
