Traits

Armor of Glacial Frost. Uzhalak is under the effect of an Armor of Agathys spell cast at 5th level. If this effect ends, it reactivates itself when Uzahlak takes a critical hit.

Ice Absorption. Whenever Uzahlak takes cold damage, it takes no damage, and heals for a number of hit points equal to the damage he would have taken.

Ice Walk. Uzahlak can climb up icy surfaces without needing a check. Additionally, difficcult terrain composed of ice or snow does not impede Uzahlak's movement.

Legendary Resistance (3/day). If Uzahlak fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Uzahlak has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Weapons. Uzahlak's attacks are magical.

Actions

Multiattack. Uzahlak uses Cold Snap, if available, and then makes two Ironfrost Mace attacks.

Ironfrost Mace. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 15 ft., 1 target. Hit: 24 (4d6 + 10) bludgeoning damage, as well as 11 (2d10) cold damage. 

Cold Snap (Recharge 7-8). Uzahlak channels a burst of ice and snow around him. All creatures within 30 feet have their speed reduced by 15 feet until the end of their next turn, and must succeed on a DC 22 Constitution saving throw or take 22 (4d10) cold damage.

Soul Trap. Uzahlak targets an unconscious creature within 60 feet and tries to trap them into his armor, so that they may be added onto the everlasting ones. The unconscious creature must make a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or immediately die.
The soul becomes trapped in the armor, though if the armor is destroyed before the soul is placed into an everlasting one, it becomes free to pass on or be revived as normal.

Legendary Actions

Uzahlak can take 3 legendary actions choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. Uzahlak regains all spend legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Attack. Uzahlak makes an attack with his Ironfrost Mace.

Soul Trap. Uzahlak uses his Soul Trap ability.

Wall of Ice (Costs 2 Actions). Uzahlak casts Wall of Ice at 6th level, requiring concentration as normal. Intelligence is his spellcasting ability (DC 22).

Ice Storm (Costs 2 Actions). Uzahlak casts Ice Storm at 4th level, using Intelligence as his spellcasting ability (DC 22).
