Traits

Legendary Resistance (1/Day). If the elephant fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Regeneration. The elephant regains 20 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point.

Golden Tusks. The elephant's blade-tusk weapon attacks are magical.

Actions

Blade-tusk. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (2d12 + 11) slashing damage.

Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (3d10 + 11) bludgeoning damage.

Legendary Actions

The elephant can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The elephant regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Grasping Trunk. The elephant reaches out with its long trunk in an attempt to grab one Large or smaller creature within 10 feet of it. The elephant makes a contested Strength check against the target, and if it succeeds, the target is grappled. Only one creature can be grappled in this way at a time. As long as the target is grappled by the elephant, it can use this legendary action to instead throw the target up to 70 feet. The target takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet traveled once it collides with a surface.

Blade-tusk or Stomp. The elephant makes one Blade-tusk attack or one Stomp attack.

Wrathful Smite (Costs 2 Actions). The elephant's eyes flash with bright light as it directs its rage and fury against one creature it can see within 30 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or become stunned until the end of the elephant's next turn.

Description

The great Blade-tusk elephants, the most powerful of all the beasts; with smooth, cracked, alabaster skin, and long, golden, bladed tusks, they are as magical as they are mighty. Most other creatures tend to stay out of a Blade-tusk elephants path, so as to not become a target of their infamous wrath. Pity be to those who hunt the Blade-tusk for its golden ivory, as they will soon find that it is more than worthy of its widespread renown.
