False Appearance. The weeping angel is indistinguishable from a stone statue.
Quantum Locked. The weeping angels would "become" unmovable statues as soon as any sentient life-form looked upon them, only to be freed to their true form when that individual looked away.
Don't Blink. On the start of each turn every creature attempting to focus its sight on the weeping angel must make a CON save (DC 13 initially) to avoid blinking. This increases by 1 every turn and resets once the creature has failed.
Pack Tactics. The Angel has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of its allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.
Language. The Weeping Angels did not naturally possess intelligible voices although they could produce screeches as a form of laughter, and the infant weeping angels could produce childlike giggles.
Communication. The weeping angels also possesses the ability to communicate with each other over long distances, even when frozen.
Corpse Speak. The weeping angel can steal the voice of a dead person, It will also get the memories of the person.
Multiattack. The Weeping Angel makes two attacks.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: (2d6 + 3) piercing damage.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: (2d8 + 4) piercing damage.
Snuff Light. Can remove any light source (up to 3 per bonus action).
Touch. (Activated when in contact with another non-weeping angel creature) The target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw (DC 15) or else be immediately thrown in a pocket dimension populated only by the creatures the weeping angel has consumed. The target suffers no damage, conditions, or other effects from this attack, but may be rather confused. At the start of the captured creature's turn, the creature can try to make the Charisma saving throw again as an action to free itself, at a success the creature returns to its position the moment the weeping angel touched it, at a fail the creature remains in the pocket dimension.
The weeping angel can take a legendary action, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The weeping angel can take up to 3 legendary actions per round. The weeping angel regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Multiattack (Costs 2 Actions). The Weeping Angel makes two attacks one with its claw and one with its bite.
Claw (Costs 1 Actions). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: (2d6 + 3) piercing damage.
Bite (Costs 1 Actions). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: (2d8 + 4) piercing damage.
Move (Costs 1 Actions). The weeping angel can move up to its speed if it is not seen.
Aging Touch (Costs 2 Actions). Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) necrotic damage and the weeping angel regains hit points equal to the damage done. The targets maximum hit points are lowered by half the necrotic damage dealt. On hit the character ages a number of years equal to y (calculations for y shown below). The additional years of age and the targets lost hit points can only be restored by a greater restoration spell or similar magic. Each time a character suffers an aging touch they also gain a level of exhaustion. Years Aged=Y=X*Species Average Death Age, X=Damage Dealt By Aging Touch/Maximum Hit Points.
Description
The Weeping Angels were an incredibly powerful species of quantum-locked humanoids, so called because their unique nature necessitated that they often covered their faces with their hands to prevent trapping each other in petrified form for eternity by looking at one another. This gave the Weeping Angels their distinct "weeping" appearance. They were known for being "kind" murderous psychopaths, eradicating their victims "mercifully" by dropping them into the past and letting them live out their full lives, just in a different time period. This, in turn, allowed them to live off the remaining time energy of the victim's life. However, when this potential energy paled in comparison to an alternative power source to feed on, the Angels were known to kill by other means, such as snapping their victims' necks or clawing or biting.
