Singularity Breath (Recharge 5–6). The dragon creates a shining bead of gravitational force in its mouth, then releases the energy in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that are must make a DC 14 Strength saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 22 (5d8) force damage, and its speed is reduced to 0 until the start of the dragon's next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage, and its speed isn't reduced.

Description

This creature once held the potential for boundless power innate to all dragons. However, by the hands of a dark cult, it has been wrought into something monstrous. Unable to think or comprehend the world around it, the Amethyst Amphithere lives its life in a constant state of fight-or-flight. These creatures reach adulthood after only 1 year, living to an average of 5. A single, first generation Amethyst Amphithere may be expected to produce 6-7 offspring per year after maturing. However, there is an exponential degradation to their ability to reproduce the further a generation is removed from its progenitor, requiring a consistent flow of fresh stock to maintain populations.
