Bottom Feeder. If The Vagrant rolls a 15 or above on an attack roll he gains health points equal to half of the damage dealt. If the number is uneven then he will take the greater amount.
Worsening Rot. If the Vagrant does more than 20 damage on a single turn (to a single target) that target will be temporarily weak to necrotic damage for three rounds.
Unsightly Form: When the Vagrant is uncovered, any creature who is currently looking must make a DC 17 Int check or be forced to look away, on a successful check the creature must take 1d4 psychic damage for every action they spend focusing on the Vagrant. If they lose sight and look again they must repeat the check.
Proboscis. Suction-cup like trunk shoots to target within 15 feet. Target must make a DC 10 Dexterity check or be pulled within 5 feet.
Bite. A massive toothy mouth clamps down on Target within 5 feet, +5 to hit, [rollable](2d12+5) bludgeoning damage. A succesfully bitten target must make a contested strength saving throw every subsequent turn to escape jaws or take [rollable](1d12+2) further bludgeoning damage.
Seance. The Vagrant crys out to defensive spirits. All creatures within 30 ft must make a DC 13 Charisma check or take 2d6+3 psychic dmg.
Savior The Vagrant calls out to defensive spirits and one target of its choice (including itself) to be carried away up to 30 ft.
Roll. He moves forward 20 feet over two target spaces, the two targets must make a DC 13 Dexterity Save or take [rollable](1d12+5) bludgeoning.
Spray. One of The Vagrant many orifices sprays in a 15-foot cone ahead of him, players in the range have to make a DC 12 dexterity save or take [rollable](1d12+3) necrotic damage.
Decentralized Soul: Once per long rest the Vagrant may attempt to dissolve another creature into its own body. If the creature is alive they must be successfully grappled, and forced to make a DC 13 Con check to resist absorption. On a failed save the creature is now combined with the Vagrant who gains control over the creature and its abilities. After a failed attempt to assimilate the creature the Vagrant is left prone, and on subsequent attempts of the same creature it will have advantage against the check.
Ejection: Vagrant may command a peice of it to physically detach from the body and become an individual creature during combat. When in this state unless the peice is a specific creature or weilding a peice of a specific creature the fragment has this individual statblock.

Description
Once a Weevil-Folk's Soul pulled from the Astral Plane, he fails to truly bind himself to any one body. In this unshackled form he functions as a constantly deforming and reforming flesh golem, seeking absolute power seemingly out of a hollow drive to have purpose.
