Amphibious. The leech can breathe air and water.
Light Susceptibility. Until the leech has buried itself inside a creature, the leech takes 3 (1d6) radiant damage when exposed to any light level above dim light.
Parasitic. The Astrian leech exists only to spread the Astrian infection. If a leech is allowed to enter the body of a creature, dead or alive, they begin to suffer from the Astris Infection (as shown in the Astris infected feat). If the player reaches 5 levels of insanity with the Astrian leech still inside them, they become infected (as shown in the Astris host feat).
Hive Mind. Being part of the Astrian hive mind, any damage dealt to this creature is sensed by any other Astrian creatures within 30ft of the leech.
