Stone Camouflage. The giant has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in rocky terrain.
Shrunken Giant. Bartoch is a smaller sized giant, shrunken further by permanent reduce spell. He is Medium size with a Powerful Build.
Reduce. The target's size is halved in all dimensions, and its weight is reduced to one-eighth of normal. This reduction decreases its size by one category - from Medium to Small, for example. Until the spell ends, the target also has disadvantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws. The target's weapons (fists) also shrink to match its new size. While these weapons are reduced, the target's attacks with them deal 1d4 less damage (this can't reduce the damage below 1).
Multiattack. The giant makes two unarmed strikes attacks.
Mighty Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d8 + 6 - 1d4) bludgeoning damage.
Rock. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (4d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Flurry of Blows (Recharge 5-6). Bartoch makes two additional strikes.
Missile Catching. If a rock or similar object is hurled at the giant, the giant can, with a successful DC 10 Dexterity saving throw, catch the missile and take no bludgeoning damage from it. He may throw it back using a Rock attack, modified by any other features of the missile.
