Wan Shi Tong

Owllike Reflexes. Wan Shi Tong has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and on saving throws against being blinded, charmed and frightened.

Unwavering Spirit. Wan Shi Tong does not need sleep, nor can he be put to sleep by any magical means.

Multiattack. Wan Shi Tong makes three attacks divided between Talon attacks and beak attacks.

Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6+2) bludgeoning damage and 13 (3d8) slashing damage. The target must succeed on a DC14 Strength saving throw or be pushed away 10 ft.

Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage and 15 (6d4) psychic damage as the target hears the screams of past victims of Wan Shi Tong in his head.

Deliver Knowledge. Wan Shi Tong will try to charm a creature into giving him something worthy to add to his Spirit Library. The target must succeed a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed. The target then will approach Wan Shi Tong on their turn to gift them a random item from their inventory. If the target has any magical items in their inventory, the gift must be one of those magical items. The target will stop being charmed at the end of it's next turn.

Wan Shi Tong can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. his can take only one legendary action at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Wan Shi Tong regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Intelligence Advances. Wan Shi Tong flaps his wings, bringing every creature around him out of balance. He then moves up to his speed without provoking any opportunity attacks.

Taking Life over Knowledge. Wan Shi Tong makes a beak attack.
