Traits

Brave. The Berserker knight has advantage on saving throws against being frightened.

Berserker. Whenever the Berserker Knight starts its turn with 5 hit points or fewer, roll a d6. On a 2, 4, or 6, the Berserker knight goes berserk. On each of its turns while berserk, the Berserker knight attacks the nearest creature it can see. If no creature is near enough to move to and attack, the Berserker knight attacks an object, with preference for an object smaller than itself. Once the Berserker knight goes berserk, it continues to do so until it is destroyed or regains all its hit points.

Brute. A melee weapon deals one extra die of its damage when the Berserker knight hits with it (included in the attack

Reactive. The Berserker knight can take one reaction on every turn in combat.

Relentless. If the Berserker knight takes 5 damage or less that would reduce it to 0 hit points, it is reduced to 1 hit point instead.

Actions

Multiattack. The knight makes two melee attacks.

GreatAxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d12 + 3) slashing damage.

Heavy Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, range 100/400 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d10) piercing damage.

Leadership (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). For 1 minute, the knight can utter a special command or warning whenever a nonhostile creature that it can see within 30 feet of it makes an attack roll or a saving throw. The creature can add a d4 to its roll provided it can hear and understand the knight. A creature can benefit from only one Leadership die at a time. This effect ends if the knight is incapacitated.

Reckless attack. When the knight makes their first attack on their turn, it can choose to attack recklessly, giving it advantage on melee weapon attack rolls using Strength during their turn, but attack rolls against them have advantage until your next turn.

Bonus Actions

Aggressive. as a bonus action the Berserker knight can move up to its speed towards a hostile creature it can see

Rampage. When the Berserker knight reduces a creature to 0 hit points with a melee attack on its turn, the Berserker can take a bonus action to move up to half its speed and make an attack.

Reactions

Parry. The Berserker knight adds 2 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the knight must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.

Description

Knights are warriors who pledge service to rulers, religious orders, and noble causes. A knight's alignment determines the extent to which a pledge is honored. Whether undertaking a quest or patrolling a realm, a knight often travels with an entourage that includes squires and hirelings who are commoners.

Berserker knights thrive in battle, using their weight and gear to plow through enemies. much like your standards knight but with a lot more anger.
