Description
Arctic Wreaths are amongst the lesser elementals, that wander the elemental plane of water, the hells, and at times the material plane from the fact places tied to more significant amounts of the elements that make up an arctic wreath. Some cultures where genasi are prevalent see the Wreath as the lingering souls of their once-known genasi friends. The elemental lords see the wreaths as some of the base spirits of the elements and are known to be subservient to the lords. These spirits usually have a more humanoid form, though faces are never seen upon these elementals, only a raging force of the element they are composed of. some of the wreaths have an elemental core or sorts which allows them to remain on the material plane, if one is defeated there is a 30% chance that this item will drop.
