Spellcasting. The Pugga is a 10th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is 16 (spell save DC 10, +10 to hit with spell attacks). The Pugga has following spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Poison Spray, Spare the Dying, Minor Illusion.
1st level (50 slots): Hunter's Mark, Alarm, Charm Person.
Master of Illusion. The Pugga can create up to 10 illusory clones of itself. These clones can deal illusory damage(Any creature that takes illusory damage believes it has taken damage, but if they would die from illusory damage it is revealed that the damage was fake), but vanish if they take over 50 damage.
Bark. The Pugga lets out a very loud bark, inflicting frightened on all creatures withing 50 feet.
Stomp. Melee Attack: +4 to hit, reach 20 ft., 1 target. Hit: 20 (6d5 + 5) Bludgeoning damage.
Rock Throw. Ranged Attack: +6 to hit, range 200 ft., 1 target. Hit: 15 (4d5 + 5) Bludgeoning damage.
Puggas cannot take bonus actions.
Stomp. Melee Attack: +4 to hit, reach 20 ft., 1 target. Hit: 20 (6d5 + 5) Bludgeoning damage.
Puggas get 20 Legendary Actions to use after another creature's turn.

Description
A Pugga is a giant pug. it can be either beige, black or silver beige. They always appear in swarms of 15 or more.
Lair and Lair Actions
A Pugga's lair is typically a large cave with many twists and turns. It is easy to get lost in one, especially if the Pugga intervenes.
Lair Actions
On initiative count 13 (losing initiative ties), the Pugga takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the Pugga can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- Any non-Pugga creatures or adventurers inside the lair is teleported to a random position in the lair. The Pugga may specify creatures not to teleport, or locations to teleport to. Any landmark left by non-Pugga creatures or adventurers is also teleported.
- Any non-Pugga creature in the lair is blinded and spun around randomly for 5 minutes, then the blindness is removed.
Regional Effects
The region containing a legendary Pugga's lair is confusing, which creates one or more of the following effects:
- Any map brought within 5 miles of the lair crumbles to dust, and cannot be restored.
- Mirages happen frequently within 5 miles of the lair, with no apparent cause.
If the Pugga dies, these effects fade over the course of 1 minute.
