Royal Seal. As a member of the royal family, Andrea has the ability to imprint the royal seal on any surface. This is used most with documents to verify that they are coming from a royal source.
Dwarven Resilience. Andrea has advantage on saving throws against poison.
Arcane Lorekeeper (1/Day). Due to her extensive studies and magical training under a powerful warlock, Andrea can add double her proficiency bonus to any one Arcana or History check she makes.
Guarded Mind. Andrea’s mental defenses have been fortified through her magical training. She has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.
Spellcasting. Andrea is a 5th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). Andrea has the following spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): detect magic, mage hand, message, prestidigitation
1st level (4 slots): charm person, disguise self, shield
2nd level (3 slots): hold person, suggestion
3rd level (2 slots): counterspell, sending, nondetection
Quickened Spell. Andrea can use a bonus action to cast a spell that normally requires an action to cast.
Direct Minion. Andrea can issue commands to Elfstein's slaves, allowing them to immediately use a reaction to attack or use movement.
