Corruptor. If the Wendigo Matriarch rolls a critical hit on its tearing bite attack or corrupting claws attack, the targeted creature must make a DC 20 constitution saving throw or become corrupted. If untreated for a week, the creature will transform into a corrupted or strayed creature, 2 days afterwards they will stop at nothing to return to where they were corrupted.
This can be cursed with a Greater Restoration spell.
Corrupted Fortitude. If the Wendigo Matriarch is reduced to 0 hit points, it can make a constitution saving throw of 5+ the damage taken, if it succeeds, it is instead dropped to 5 hit points.
Frightening Presence. Any creature that starts their turn within 120 feet of the Wendigo Matriarch that can see its eyes must make a DC 20 wisdom saving throw or become frightened on a failed save. A creature that succeeds is immune to the Wendigo Matriarch's Frightening Presence for 24 hours.
Multiattack. The Wendigo Matriarch makes up to 4 attacks.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft., 1 target. Hit: 20 (2d10 + 9) slashing damage.
Horns. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft., 1 target. Hit: 30 (2d20 + 9) piercing damage. A creature hit by this attack must make a DC 15 dexterity saving throw or be pushed up to 15 feet away.
Rending Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 25 ft., 1 target. Hit: 26 (3d10 + 9) slashing damage. A creature hit by this attack must make a DC 17 constitution saving throw or become harmed until the start of their next turn.
Maw Of Tentacles. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 25 ft., 1 target. Hit: 20 (2d10 + 9) poison damage plus 15 (1d10+9) piercing damage plus 6 (1d10) necrotic damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, it must succeed on a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or be swallowed by the Wendigo Matriarch. A swallowed creature is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the Wendigo Matriarch, and it takes 21 (6d6) acid damage at the start of each of the Wendigo Matriarch's turns. If the Wendigo Matriarch takes 30 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the Wendigo Matriarch must succeed on a DC 21 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate all swallowed creatures, which fall prone in a space within 10 feet of the Wendigo Matriarch. If the Wendigo Matriarch dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse by using 20 feet of movement, exiting prone.
Tentacle Grapple. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 25 ft., 1 target. Hit: 20 (2d10 + 9) poison damage. A creature hit by this attack is grappled by the Wendigo Matriarch.
Corrupting Acid (Recharge 5-6). The Wendigo Matriarch exhales a 45 long 15 foot wide cone of acid in a line. All creatures caught in the acid must make a DC 21 dexterity saving throw or take 63 (18d6) acid damage on a failed save. A creature that fails this saving throw has its armor slowly corroded by the acid, giving it -2 AC. A creature that fails this saving throw by 7 or less must make an additional DC 16 constitution saving throw or become corrupted. A creature that succeeds takes half damage and only has a -1 AC penalty.
