Multiattack. It can make three attacks: one bite and two claw attacks.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d6 + 8) slashing damage.

 

Invisibility. In a body of water it is home to, the dragon can become invisible, so long as it is entirely under water. A creature must make a DC 18 perception check to see it.   

Breath Weapon (Recharge 5–6). The dragon uses the following breath weapon.

Water Blast. The dragon exhales an powerful water blast in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw, taking 58 (10d8) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one, and is pushed back 15 feet.

A dragon made entirely out of water. Depending on the body of water it lives in, small fish, plants, and other aquatic life can be seen in its body.
