Special Equipment. The Simbul uses the following equipment
- She at all times wears bracers of defense, plate, +1, boots of elvenkind, and cloak of elvenkind
- She wears a amulet of proof against detection and location and belt of cloud giant strength
- She wields a vorpal longsword and carries a luck blade longsword with 2 wishes left
Innate Spellcasting. As a child of Mystra and one of her chosen, Dove has the ability to innately cast 1 spell of each level once per day without using a spell slot. Her innate spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save 20, +12 to hit with spell attacks). She can innately cast the following spells without components:
1/day each: feather fall, levitate, gaseous form, polymorph, creation, tenser's transformation, teleport, mighty fortress, true polymorph
Limited Spell Immunity. As a child of Mystra and one of her chosen, Dove is immune to one spell of each level of her choice. She is immune to:
magic missile, flaming sphere, lightning bolt, evard's black tentacles, cone of cold, mental prison, reverse gravity, maze, imprisonment
Chosen of Mystra. As a chosen Mystra, Dove has the following benefits
- She can detect magic at will within 90 feet or line of sight range.
- She is immune to aging, disease, disintegration, and poison. She have no need to sleep (although she must rest normally in order to be able to prepare spells).
- She has a +5 to all her saving throws
- She is under the permanent effect of regenerate
- Whenever her name, nickname, or one of her titles is spoken she can hear the next nine words that are said by the whomever said it.
Cunning Action. On each of her turns, Storm can use a bonus action to take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action.
Evasion. If Dove is subjected to an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails.
Favored Enemy. Dove's favored enemies are humanoids, dragons, and fiends. She has advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks to track her favored enemies, as well as on Intelligence checks to recall information about them.
Hunter. Once on each of Dove's turns, when she targets a creature with a weapon attack she can deal an extra 5 points of damage to that target. Additionally any creature that makes a weapon attack against her has disadvantage on any subsequent attacks against her.
Land's Stride. Dove is immune to the effects of nonmagical difficult terrain in and has +5 on saving throws made against any spells that restrict her movement.
Metamagic. Dove has 11 sorcery points and can use any form of metamagic.
Sneak Attack (1/Turn). Dove deals an extra 10 (3d6) damage when she hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of Dove's that isn’t incapacitated and Dove doesn’t have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Spellcasting. Dove is a 15th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 21, +15 to hit with spell attacks). Dove has the following spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): booming blade, control flames, friends, minor illusion, thunderclap
1st level (4 slots): detect poison and disease, earth tremor, ensnaring strike, grease, hunter's mark, silvery barbs, thunderwave, zephyr strike
2nd level (4 slots): alter self, enhance ability, enlarge/reduce, healing spirit, hold person, pass without trace, spider climb, spike growth
3rd level (3 slots): ashardalon's stride, fly, haste, plant growth, protection from energy, tongues
4th level (3 slots): blink, dominate beast, fire shield, gate seal, locate creature, stoneskin
5th level (2 slots): far step, hold monster
6th level (1 slot): for higher level casting
7th level (1 slot): for higher level casting
8th level (1 slot): for higher level casting
Multiattack. Dove can use her action to attack any number of creatures within 10 feet of her with her with her vorpal longsword, or make three attacks. She can cast one of her cantrips or a level 1 or lower before or after making these attacks.
Vorpal Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (1d10 + 13) piercing damage plus 13 (2d12) force damage
Silver Fire (Once per long or short rest). Dove can manifest a beautiful silver-white flame that surrounds her and fills the area into which it is projected to various effects. All effects function as if cast by a 20th-level spellcaster and remain till she's incapacitated.
- She can breathe underwater.
- She can survive without food and water.
- She is immune to magic that would ascertain her thoughts, truthfulness, alignment, or creature type.
- She has resistance to cold damage, and she is unharmed by temperatures as low as −50 degrees Fahrenheit.
She can take the following additional actions
- Cast the cure wounds spell. The target regains 1d8 + 5 hit points. After Dove takes this action, roll a d6. On a roll of 1, the silver fire disappears.
- Cast the revivify spell without material components. After Dove takes this action, roll a d6. On a roll of 1–2, the silver fire disappears.
- Release a 60-foot line of silver fire that is 5 feet wide or a 70-foot cone of silver fire. Objects in the area that aren’t being worn or carried take 52 (8d12). Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw, taking 52 (8d12) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Alternately, she may unleash the silver fire in a 70-foot cone, dealing no damage but permanently restoring dead magic zones within the cone to normal and dispelling any antimagic field effects that contact the cone. This cone effect is draining on the Weave, and Mystra discourages its use except for emergencies. All effects function as if cast by a 20th-level spellcaster. After Dove takes this action, roll a d6. On a roll of 1–2, the silver fire disappears.
Uncanny Dodge. When an attacker Dove can see hits her with an attack, She can halve the damage against it.
