Chimaera Shifting.  By channelling its inner beast, the Chimaera can manipulate its hands to form them into sharp slashing claws, and its mouth and teeth to produce piercing fangs that it can use as natural weapons, in which it is proficient.

Chimaera Agility.  Using this ability, the Chimaera can double its speed for up to 10 minutes.  Once it has used this ability, the Chimaera can't use it again until it has finished a long rest.

Chimaeras Spellcasting.  The Chimaera knows the following three cantrips: Friends, Minor Illusion, and Poison Spray.  It can also cast two 3rd level spells per short rest, from the following option: Charm Person, Hex, InvisibilityHunger of Hadar, or Shatter.

Actions

Multiattack.  The Chimaera is able to make two attacks with its claws, its bite, or its shortbow.

Claws.  Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) slashing damage.

Bite.  Melee Weapon Attack +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) piercing damage

Shortbow.  Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 +3) piercing damage.

Spellcasting.  The Chimaera can cast any of its known spells, using Charisma as its spellcasting ability.

Reactions

Chimaeras Endurance.  When the Chimaera takes damage from a melee attack that would usually reduce its hit points to 0 or fewer, it can choose to take no damage.  Once it has used this ability, it can not use it again for three days.

Chimaeras Escape.  When falling up to 50 ft, the Chimaera can choose to land on its feet and take no damage.  Once it has used this ability, it can't use it again until it has finished a short rest.

Unbreakable Chimaera.  When falling from a height greater than 50 ft and up to 100 ft, the Chimaera can choose to take no damage.  However, it will be knocked prone for 4+1d6 minutes after landing.  Once it has used this ability, it can not use it again for three days.

Description

Natsumi is a female Human/Tabaxi Chimaera.  She is also an intelligent, sentient monster, and the only one of her kind known to exist in the world. 

With the cooperation of his wife, the evil Wizard; Erick Grefarihm, created the Catgirl through a forbidden ritual that fused his unborn daughter, with the unborn child of a Tabaxi slave, in an attempt to create the perfect Human.  The ritual killed the Tabaxi mother and also threatened to kill Roxi Grefarihm as well. However, both Roxi and Erick had known that this might have been a possibility and prepared for it.

There was little time to waste, as Erick transferred his wife to an incubation chamber, that the pair had specially prepared by connecting it to the Elemental Chaos.  Sealed inside this chamber, Roxi absorbed life energy from the plane of Elemental Chaos, which intern the Chimaera growing inside of her also absorbed.

The pregnancy lasted much longer than had been expected, but when Roxi finally went into labour, Erick removed her from the incubation chamber and assisted in the birth.  The process of giving birth was both physically and mentally exhausting for Roxi, and she died not long after. However, she lived long enough to hold her daughter in her arms and to name her Natsumi.

Having absorbed the energies of the Elemental Chaos thanks to her gestation in the incubation chamber, and thanks to her nature as a Chimaera, Natsumi found it extremely difficult to fit into human society. 

Finding little comfort amongst Human or Tabaxi children, Natsumi retreated into a world of her own. She spent hours in her small room, practising her blossoming magic, or in her master's laboratory, helping him with his experiments; and when she was not doing either of those things, she would play with the one Human who was kind to her - her master's daughter, with whom she developed a deep and lasting bond of friendship.

Lair and Lair Actions

The Chimaera can choose a sanctuary (lair) by residing in that place for 30 days, provided the place it wants is not already the lair of another creature.  After acquiring a sanctuary, the Chimara must reside there for at least one consecutive week, every 30 days or lose the benefits that her lair provides.  The Chimaera can take the following actions as long as it remains within the sanctuaries boundaries

Nine Lives.  When reduced to 0 hit points or lower, the Chimaera can choose to be reduced to 1 hit point instead.  It can take this action nine times.  Once all nine lives have been used up, it is possible to kill the Chimaera by reducing it to 0 hit points or fewer.  

Any lives used up by the Chimaera are restored over 30 days as its life force is replenished and provided it remains in its sanctuary for the entire 30 days.
