Traits

Ethereal Sight. The Acapali Golem can see 60 feet into the Ethereal Plane when it is on the Material Plane, and vice versa.

Partial Etherealness: The Acapali Golem are partialy ethereal and can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

Immutable Form. The Acapali Golem is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Magic Resistance. The Acapali Golem has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Weapons. The Acapali Golem’s weapon attacks are magical.

Restless Guardians: The Acapali Golems canot be destroyed by normal means, provided that any part of its body remains in existance it can reform within 10d10+10 years. 

Actions

Multiattack. The golem makes two Slam and one Siphon Soul attacks.

Slam: Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, 5ft reach, one target, for 2d6+4 bludgeoning damage + 1d12 necrotic damage.

Siphon Soul: A creature that the Acapali Golem can see within 30ft of if must succeed in Charisma saving throw DC 18 taking 4d12+4 necrotic damage, having its maximum hit points reduced by half of the damage dealt regardless if the creature is immune to necrotic damage, half damage on a success and no additional effects.
