Phyrexian Hive Mind. Like all phyrexians, Vorinclex shares a hive mind with other phyrexians. As long as they are on the same plane of existence, Vorinclex may communicate with any phyrexian. However, being a Praetor, not every phyrexian may communicate directly or be able to control him. Instead, Vorinclex controls the Vicious Swarm, or the phyrexians of Tel-Jilad.
Regeneration. At the start of his turn, Vorinclex recovers 10% of his missing health (rounded up). This regeneration only ceases if his hit points are reduced to zero, at which point he will revive as soon as he comes into contact with more phyrexian oil or a living organism to absorb.
Bloodlust. Whenever both Vorinclex and the foe he is attacking are below half HP, Vorinclex has advantage on all his attacks and the foe attacking him has advantage on their attacks against him. During this blood lusted combat, Vorinclex is resistant to all bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
Combat Ready. Vorinclex is always ready for a fight. As long as he is not surprised, he has advantage on initiative.
Multiattack. Vorinclex makes two attacks (Claw or Vine Lash), and uses his Phyrexian Spores or Ingrain ability
Claw Attack. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (4d6 + 7) slashing damage.
Vine Lash Attack. Ranged Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, range 30/90/150 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d10 + 5) bludgeoning damage. Vorinclex can only use this attack on creatures at least 30 feet away. Any creature 30<x<90 feet away is attacked normally, and any creature beyond 90 feet is attacked at disadvantage. Any creature hit with this attack must make an Acrobatics or Athletics check (DC 20/22 respectively) or be pulled within 10 feel of Vorinclex.
Phyrexian Spores. Vorinclex launches spores in a 30 foot cube within 60 feet of a point he can see. Creatures inside the cube must make a DC 21 Constitution saving throw. On a success, they take 4d6 poison damage and 4d6 acid damage. On a failed save, they take no damage but instead can only do one of the following on their turns for one minute: Move, Take an Action, or take a Bonus Action. A creature who fails this save is also infected by a Praetor, and thus becomes compleated in 5d4 rounds. A creature may repeat this Constitution saving throw at their end of their turns. Upon success, they take the damage mention above and the remaining 5d4 rounds becomes hours. They are then immune to Vorinclex's Phyrexian Spores ability for 24 hours. (Note: a compleated character joins Vorinclex as his ally. Compleation can only be cured by a Great Restoration spell, or a spell of stronger effect).
Ingrain. Vorinclex sends roots into the ground, reducing his speed to zero and preventing himself from using his Phyrexian Spores ability. While ingrained, Vorinclex gains temporary hit points equal to half the hit points he regenerates each round (rounded up). Vorinclex is ingrained until the start of his next turn, where he unlocks the Uproot bonus action.
Uproot. As a bonus action, if Vorinclex was ingrained at the beginning of his turn, Vorinclex may pull the roots from the ground below him up. Doing so causes every creature within 10 feet of him to make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone on a failure, with remaining standing on a success.
Praetor's Savagery. Vorinclex can send out a savage scream that can be heard throughout all of Tel-Jilad. Each creature in the forest not compleated must make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of Vorinclex for 1 minutes. A creature may repeat this saving throw at the end of their turn. Once Vorinclex has used this ability, he may not use it again until he finishes a long rest.
Absorption. Whenever a creature within 30 feet of Vorinclex is reduced to zero hit points, they must make a DC 21 Constitution saving throw as vines from Vorinclex's body pulled them into his own visage. On a failed save, the creature begins to be assimilated into Vorinclex's body and they can no longer succeed on death saving throws. Once a creature dies, their body becomes one with Vorinclex and gain temporary hit points equal to half of the absorbed creatures maximum hit points.
Vorinclex can make 3 legendary actions each turn:
Claw Attack (Costs 1 Action). Vorinclex makes a Claw Attack on a creature within range
Vine Lash Attack (Costs 1 Action). Vorinclex makes a Vine Lash Attack on a creature within range.
Move (Costs 1 Action). Vorinclex moves up to his move speed.
