Void Presence
Psychic Presence. The Void Leviathan exudes an aura of psychic energy within 30 feet of it. Creatures that start their turn in the aura must succeed on a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or take 11 (2d10) psychic damage and be stunned until the start of their next turn. Once they succeed, they are unaffected for 24 hours.
Frightening Presence: Any creature that can see the Void Levitation must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be filled with a sense of dread and despair, becoming frightened for 1 minute. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. Once they succeed, they are unaffected for 24 hours.
Multiattack. The Void Leviathan makes three attacks: one with its bite two with its tentacles, and 1 telekinetic slam.
Telekinetic Slam. The Void Leviathan targets one creature it can see within 120 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or take 33 (6d10) force damage and be pushed up to 30 feet away from the Void Leviathan.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 27 (4d8 + 7) piercing damage plus 13 (3d8) necrotic damage.
Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (3d8 + 10) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it is grappled (escape DC 20). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the Void Leviathan can't use the same tentacle on another target.
(Not Using but Still Included) Swallow. The Void Leviathan makes one bite attack against a Large or smaller creature it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target takes the bite's damage and is swallowed, and the grapple ends. The swallowed target is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the Void Leviathan, and it takes 21 (6d6) acid damage at the start of each of the Void Leviathan's turns. If the Void Leviathan takes 50 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the Void Leviathan must succeed on a DC 25 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate the swallowed creature, which falls prone in a space within 10 feet of the Void Leviathan. If the Void Leviathan dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse using 20 feet of movement, exiting prone.
Psychic Shock. The Void Leviathan targets one creature it can see within 120 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 21 Intelligence saving throw or take 38 (8d8) psychic damage and be stunned until the start of its next turn. Levitation releases a burst of chaotic energy in a 10-foot radius around itself and each creature takes (2d10 psychic damage)
Void Absorption: When the Void Levitation is targeted by a spell or ranged attack that deals force or radiant damage, it can use its reaction to absorb the energy of the attack. The Void Levitation gains temporary hit points equal to half the damage dealt by the triggering attack, and the attack deals no damage to it.
Legendary Actions: The Void Leviathan can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Void Leviathan regains spent legendary actions
Void Eruption (Costs 1 Action, requires Void Absorption to be used prior): The Void Levitation releases a burst of void energy in a 60-foot radius centered on itself. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw, taking 10d8 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Void Burst (Costs 2 Actions): The Void Levitation releases a burst of chaotic energy in a 30-foot radius around itself. Each creature within the area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d6 force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Additionally, both affected creatures and any unsecured objects within the area are pushed 10 feet away from the Void Levitation.
Teleport (Costs 2 Actions): The Void Levitation magically teleports up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. -
Void Bolt (Costs 1 Action): The Void Levitation hurls a bolt of dark energy at a target within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 2d10 force damage.
Shadow Tendrils (Costs 1 Action): The Void Levitation conjures shadowy tendrils that grasp at nearby objects or creatures. It can use these tendrils to manipulate objects or make unarmed strikes against creatures within 10 feet. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 necrotic damage.
Dark Resonance (Costs 2 Action): The Void Levitation emits a low, unsettling hum that resonates with the darkness within nearby creatures. Each creature of the Levitation's choice within 30 feet must make a Wisdom saving throw or be filled with a sense of dread, granting advantage on the next attack roll made against it before the end of the Levitation's next turn.
Shroud of Darkness (Costs 2 Action): The Void Levitation cloaks itself in swirling shadows, granting it advantage on Stealth checks until the end of its next turn.
Eldritch Gaze (Costs 2 Action): The Void Levitation fixes its gaze upon a creature it can see within 60 feet, filling it with a sense of unease. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or suffer disadvantage on its next attack roll or ability check.
