Multiattack. The Anjanath makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its tail. It can't make both attacks against the same target.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 27 (3d12 + 7) piercing damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 17). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the Anjanath can't bite another target.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.
Breath. (Recharge 5–6). The Anjanath exhales fire in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 36 (9d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. After exhaling its breath the Anjanaths Bite Attack will deal an additional 1d12 fire damage for 1-minute. Creatures grappled by the Anjanaths Bite will take an additional 5 fire damage at the start of their turn.
The Anjanath can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Anjanath regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.
Hip-Check. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage. The creature makes a DC 15 Strenght saving throw, getting knocked back 20ft and knock prone of a failed save, and pushed back 5ft on success.
