Draconic champion : Grey Dragonborn chosen by Tiamat. Type : Acid, Poison, Fire, Cold or Lightning.
Breath Weapon : Duulket can use his action to exhale destructive energy. When he uses his breath weapon, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a Constitution saving throw. The DC for this saving throw equals 24. A creature takes 12d6 damage of the type of damage he wants between acid, poison, fire, cold or lightning on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. Distance : 15 ft. cone. Each turn, roll a d6. On a 4, 5 or 6, Duulket gains the ability to recast this spell.
Innate spellcasting : Duulket Ariakas can cast the following spells that were given to him by Tiamat : Breath weapon, Fury of Tiamat, Summon draconic spirit, Draconic transformation. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 24)
Multiattack : Duulket can make two attacks with his claymore as an action.
Claymore. Weapon Attack: + 15 to hit, reach 5 feet, one target. Hit: 4d4 + 10 slashing damage plus 3d10 fire damage.
Fury of Tiamat (5/d) : Target a creature within 30 feet. He grows spectral wings that propels him into the air toward that creature. While travelling in this line, he is considered flying and he elevates above any creatures that would block his path. Additionally, opportunity attacks made against him as he moves in this line are made with disadvantage. When he reaches the targeted creature, he slams and the creature makes a Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d6 fire damage and 6d6 force damage on on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. Additionally, on a failure, the targeted creature must make a Strength saving throw to avoid being knocked prone. If he is aloft after this action is completed, he can descend to the ground at a rate of 60 feet per round, land on his feet, and take no falling damage.
Summon draconic spirit (1/short rest) : As an action, Duulket call forth a draconic spirit. It manifests in an unoccupied space that he can see within range. This corporeal form uses the Draconic Spirit stat block. When he casts this spell, he has to choose between a family of dragon: chromatic, gem, or metallic. The creature resembles a dragon of the chosen family, which determines certain traits in its stat block. The creature disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or when the spell ends. The creature is an ally to him and his companions. In combat, the creature shares his initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after him. It obeys his verbal commands (no action required by you). If you don't issue any, it takes the Dodge action and uses its moves to avoid danger.
Draconic transformation (1/long rest) : With a roar, he draws on the magic of dragons to transform himself, taking on draconic features. He gains the following benefits until the spell ends:

Blindsight. You have blindsight with a range of 30 feet. Within that range, you can effectively see anything that isn't behind total cover, even if you're blinded or in darkness. Moreover, you can see an invisible creature, unless the creature successfully hides from you.

Breath Weapon. When you cast this spell, and as a bonus action on subsequent turns for the duration, you can exhale shimmering energy in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d8 force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Wings. Incorporeal wings sprout from your back, giving you a flying speed of 60 feet.
Draconic blood : Duulket regains 10 health points at the start of each of his turns.
Legendary Resistance (3/d). If Duulket fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.
Duulket can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Duulket regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Claymore. Weapon Attack: + 15 to hit, reach 5 feet, one target. Hit: 4d4 + 10 slashing damage plus 3d10 fire damage.
Dragon Shield (costs 2 actions). Duulket absorbs 2d10 + 10 damages on an attack that targets him.
